The most high-spirited charity event of the winter season - the BECC Burns Supper 2011 - was held on 28 January at Glehni Castle. We celebrated the life and times of the great Scottish bard Robert Burns.
It was an evening of culture, haggis, neeps & tatties, good music, bad dancing ... and possibly a partaking of a wee small dram or two as well.
A good time was had by all and we've had great feedback from guests so far!
A highlight of the evening was the charity auction and charity raffle which made a new record for the BECC!
We would like to thank all our members and friends who donated the prizes for the auction and raffle, all the guests participating the charity auction and raffle, and of course all our sponsors, the main sponsor of the event was MARSH Kindlustusmaakler. Thank you all very, very much!
