Executive Women's Dinner:

Katrin Kuldma & the power of first impressions
Nov 22, 2017, 6:00 PM
Tallinn Design House,
Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia

This year's Executive Women's Dinner focuses on unlocking the power of first impressions by building a strong brand. And in the case of Amanjeda, a luxury brand. Because that is exactly what the Estonian Fashion Design award - the Golden Needle - winner, Katrin Kuldma has done.

With a revenue of above 400'000€ and a client portfolio including a large part of Äripäev's Richest Top 10, we seek to unfold the secrets behind Amanjeda's success in becoming an uncompromising luxury brand. Clothing does have fascinating effects on the first impression a person makes.

As Katrin puts it herself: "You have to have a strong vision if you want to build any brand."

And we have the remarkable opportunity of hearing what are the components of a genuine brand. How to access your creativity and how does listening to your 'gut feeling' become a piece of quality clothing. Where do you find outstanding vision if you're lacking it and why design matters.

We start the evening by gathering at Tallinn Design House with welcoming drinks from 18:00 and then move to restaurant R14 by 19:00 to a private second floor venue dedicated to us.

Katrin Kuldma will share her story, followed by Q&A and a three course dinner.

More about Amanjeda:

Amanjeda is created by designer Katrin Kuldma. Besides her home city, Tallinn, she has studied and worked in the fashion field in New York and Milan. The glamorous fashion capital Milan has won the designer’s heart and become the most important source of inspiration and a collaborative space for the brand.

Their product development is strictly connected to the most modern design and production technology, allowing them to maximise the use of fabric up to 98% and not produce any useless test samples. Each item is created with care and attention. All of their suppliers are selected for their quality and are all certified for eco-friendly sustainable production.

Their production sources are not selected only for their price and quality but also for how people are treated and respected in the companies. Amanjeda strongly believes that every emotion devoted to a product lives with it and shares the love of the creation process with the wearer.
