ESU Estonia / BECC Public Speaking Competition 2020
Founded in 1918 to promote international understanding and friendship through the use of the English language, The English-Speaking Union, an international educational charity, numbers over 60 international branches in every part of the world as well as almost 40 local branches in the UK.

The Public Speaking Competition is a great event for bright young people which has been taking place for 12 years already. The National Final is on March 11th and the winner of the competition goes to London in May for the Grand Final to compete with other national final winners from all over the world. To familiarise yourselves go here.

The BECC has been a supporter of the National Finals informally for several years in that and has provided Judges and prizes for the competition. This year we are inviting our members to attend the Finals as spectators for free.
This year 34 teenagers from 23 schools all over Estonia have registered for the National Finals.
